Exchange & Refund



You can exchange any item purchased on within 30 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by carrier to the address on the return shipping label or by visiting one of the Sahar Al Aufi stores listed below.

  • Fill out the “Exchange and Refund form” or email us here. You will need to enter the order number in your order confirmation email. 
  • Make sure the products you are willing to exchange are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached, keeping the return airway bill (AWB) in the pouch attached to the box.
  • The products that have been used, worn, washed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Items can be exchanged using the same channel of the original purchase.
  • Once received at destination, exchanges will be processed within 7 business days. If the new item costs less or more than the original item, you will either receive a coupon or a new charge for the difference. You will be notified via e-mail to advance the remaining amount before proceeding with the exchange delivery.
  • Gift exchanges purchased online must contain the gift exchange receipt.

Fill out the “Exchange & Returns” form or email us here. Once the claim is reviewed, and the return is approved, you will be notified by email.

  • Product Defect: The Product must be verified as defected by an Melis representative.
  • Lost Shipment: The shipping company confirmed that the parcel is lost.
  • Wrong Item: The item received doesn’t match the initial order and is not available in stock.

Any claim must be submitted upon delivery. Please note that shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees you paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
